Very easy to get a climate controlled storage space, even with it being an unmanned facility. Rented the storage space on my phone while sitting in the driveway of the facility. When I received the code to the gate and my storage room number, I went inside and the place was very clean and looked very secure. The rooms are separated all the way up to the roof and insulated. No security issues during my rental period, very nice facility. I would rent this space again.

The process of renting a space quick and easy. I'm pretty sure this was the exception to the rule, but my space was not exactly clean and empty upon arrival. When I contacted management, via email, he was very apologetic, explained there was a quick turnaround on the space, and gave an acceptable discount for the inconvenience. For a no frills (no restroom, no on-site staff & no trash receptacles) climate controlled space it's great with easy access.
