After getting into my unit, I was so surprised and pleased. The online service is super easy, and the facility is unmanned so I wasn't expecting much... But there is a wallet extension to get you onsite, and the customer service when I had questions was stellar. Unit was as clean as need be, site is clearly well maintained. The ladies in the office are so professional and helpful, would recommend!

Before moving to Jim Thorpe in 2022, I searched storage units online. I called Lakeside and Heather was very friendly. She made the process of renting the unit very easy. As of March 1, 2024, I vacated my unit due to no longer requiring storage space. Keira was helpful in handling the process. I would definitely use Lakeside again in the future.

I have had a storage unit with Lakeside for a couple years. The units are clean, the management gets back to you right away when you call and you will always talk to a real person! They are always so nice and helpful. You can access your storage unit anytime you want to and feel safe with the gate and cameras. I would definitely use Lakeside storage again and recommend them to others!!

This storage is located in a beautiful spot, next to a great service station. It does not have an on-site office, and uses an answering service for communications. I was a bit concerned about having to move personal belongings within a small time frame, after traveling thousands of miles to do it; however Kiara, Heather, and Sara proved to be a great team, and within the short period of time we were able to change units with ease, and received an immediate refund for overpayment. Couldn't be happier with their quality of service.

Shortly after the reservation went through, I received a call from Sara. She was absolutely amazing - very courteous, polite and a pleasure to work with! She explained why I was receiving the errors and assisted me with getting the unit rented. Sara is a great asset to this company and absolutely deserves a raise!!!!

Me and a few family members rented units here and they are absolutely fantastic. This location is managed remotely, and while there isn't an office on-site, Heather and her team are super friendly and so willing to help if you give them a call! The application process is easy and can be done completely online. I'm pretty sure thos is also the only storage facility in the area that gives you 24/7 access to your unit! I've had such a great experience with them and I wouldn't rent from anywhere else. Thanks Lakeside! :)

This storage place was very recently bought from a different company. I’ve had my unit here for years so at first there was some confusion of how to make a login for the website to do virtual payments but Sara made sure to contact me with all of the information I needed, which was definitely appreciated. The online payments are honestly more efficient than calling or paying cash at the gas station that previously owned it. If you’re looking for a unit, I would recommend lakeside.
