I was able to get an outdoor storage space for my travel trailer very quickly. When I found it challenging to park in a specific space, I called and they quickly re-assigned me to a space that was easier to back into. Highly recommended for great, quick customer service and pricing.

The storage facility was located close to home, which made it accessible day or night. The area was kept clean and I felt safe. The staff was friendly when I needed to ask questions. The rates are reasonable and I would definitely rent again if I needed a storage unit.

The check-in process takes about 5 to 10 minutes and then you immediately get access which is pretty cool! So yes, after you get kicked out of your spouse's house over a midnight argument, please rest assured that you can move in immediately. 24/7! Safe and secure locations! Extremely affordable!

The service and communication was great! The staff were very helpful and available to answer my questions. Overall, the facility and the business were great, and the unit was clean and accessible. As with any outdoor unit, you should prepare accordingly, but they were very transparent about what you should expect with an outdoor unit and offer plenty of suggestions that are helpful to have a positive experience. If I need to rent a storage unit in the future, I will be returning to this facility!

The staff is helpful and friendly. They implemented a gate with a code at our location and while I like it for the safety of my items, it takes too long to open or close when someone is directly ahead of you and the signs are explicitly clear about only letting one vehicle in per code.

Excellent experience and easy setup. Chose to stop in the office to give a DL copy. Glad I did, the ladies in the office were professional, informative and had good personalities. Important qualities in a people business. The subtraction of 1 star is that my unit is on a hill and the parking and driving areas are blue stone...By no means a deal breaker with the advertised specia with the rental rate and the personalities and customer service of the office personnel. The unit is brand new and spotless inside too.

So far have had no bad experiences with the company. Reservation and move in process was super easy, everything pre-move in was done online/through email. They provided a lock ($15), and in general has been very convenient and reasonably priced. The unit was clean when we first arrived. Management and staff is friendly and responds quickly to emails. All units look easily accessible and of good quality. We will see how things hold up after a few months of storage.

The manager at the Gettysburg self storage units is very respectful, helpful, understanding n she always calls you back the same day.

Units are kept in very good condition and management is quick to reply. One of the better storage unit experiences I've had!
