This is my go-to location when I need to store something! Seems like I end up moving about every 30 months, and I’ve rented about 4 units in different sizes here. I like the central location right on Rt 30, and Doreen is really nice and responsive! I like that the units feel secluded from civilization once you’re back in there, feels more private. The only drawback is that you HAVE to turn right and head west on 30 when you leave, but a quick turnaround at the Ashley/TSC shopping center actually makes it easier then to turn and head East!

I ordered a locker entirely online while moving in from an out of state location 8+ hours away. I was bringing in a fully loaded 20′ U-Haul and contracted with a company that was bringing in people 90 minutes away to unload at the locker at 7 PM. I also had to return the U-Haul by 8:30 AM the following morning or face massive fines. This was going to be my first time at the locker so if the gate code did not work, or if there was an issue accessing the storage unit, I would be out a lot of money. Everything went perfectly: finding the storge location, the gate code, the locker had the new lock in it as requested, and the unload went well. I was very, very pleased (relieved) that everything set up with Route 30 Self Storage went as planned.
