If I could give negative stars I would. We were given a unit in a muddy corner. The staff is rude and nasty. Don’t ever fall behind at all because they will add as many fees and charges as they want to make sure you can’t get your unit back. They will change the fees as they like and will not work with you. I was told one amount and called back an hour later to make my payment and another 100$ was added. They made big bank on me as a homeless mother just trying to hold onto what little we had left. And when they cut my locks they threw their trash from their locks inside my unit. And after I moved out they call me saying they are charging me $50 for a lock I was never told I needed to return. They told me to keep the lock that was on my unit. That was the manager “sara” that said this and then wants to get an attitude when I kept it and she says you were to return that. Well she said a black lock, called today asked where the red lock, there was no red and no black there was only a silver. Horrible company. Horrible staff. Will be reporting to the better business bureau.

Extremely unprofessional when it comes to management, with such blatant disregard for being respectful, and non-existent maintenance that can’t clean up the units before someone moves in(mud everywhere and spiders and webs coating the ceiling)and also can’t grease up a gate chain to prevent it from snapping, leaving the entire facility open to whoever comes in. And despite it being 24/7 access, don’t dare think about accessing your unit late at night, because who’s awake at those times? Sorry not everyone is 9-to-5. Some people work late nights and can only access things after work. WORST. STORAGE. EVER.
