I got a storage unit from them yesterday. They have an actual office where you can sit down and talk to someone. I tried to call so many places around the area. none of them had a office and the numbers i called just rang and went to a voice mail. I also found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly… it was the best customer service i ever experienced from a self storage company. The lady who helped me, her name was Kiara. she was very friendly and even let us look at a unit before we rented it so we could make sure that was the size we needed. great storage and i strongly recommend!

I’ve been a customer for more than a year, the rental process is simple on line or through the office. Employees reach out via phone call initially to finalize things and are easy to get a hold of. I’m glad to do automatic payments but don’t have to. My unit has been dry. I’ve been pleased overall. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel storage units are expensive, however, their rates seem to be similar to other places I’ve checked so not unexpected.

I got a storage unit in June of 2024. I was quoted $76.95 per month. Few months I was late for payment due to family emergency and they increased my rent to $173/ month. This is outrageous . They made me sign all these documents and I was in a rush when I opened the account and did not read all the terms. I did not even realize they had given me a special rate I just thought it was the “rate”. Please read all the terms before opening an account with this company. They will have some clauses that are seem a bit questionable. I have rented from Extra Space as well and Uhaul and nobody treats their customer like this for a few late payments. I highly recommend not renting a unit with them.
