There was a special going on when I completed my rental so that was a plus. Unit was clean and easily accessible. I went at night to see if the lighting was good and it’s great. I went online and was able to rent a unit online, posting said by the next business day we could move stuff in, I figured it was my best option. Took care of all the signatures online, couple minutes later I got an email confirmation stating we could move things in that day and there was already a lock waiting for us. It helped so much that both associates were attentive to my needs & overall from the phone call to meeting in person, customer service was top notch. The nice lady was very thorough, polite, made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for. She definitely considered and meet all of my needs! This makes me scream with joy because she not only helped me with renting a storage unit but helped my life by helping provide a safe and secured space for my personal items that mean so much to my family. The lady that helped me was exceptional! I had gone and seen many storage units that were full with a waiting list and no where as nice as these storage areas. I wanted a climate control unit. The temp is cool, the unit very clean, a cart is there to help you move your things into the unit and the process only takes about 15 minutes to sign up! I couldn’t find anything close to this and spent days looking!

This review is completely unrelated to their usual services, however, I wanted to express how kind the staff in the office is. I was having a very bad day and happened to lock my phone and keys in my car over at the car wash so my very anxious self had no choice but to figure out where to find help. I decided to walk over to this location and asked to use their phone. There were three people in the office, one of them being the owner, and they were all incredibly gracious and spoke so warm and kindly to me. They aloud me to not only use their phone but to continue to receive updates on their busy line until I knew when exactly help was on the way, both the owner and one of the employees also took time to walk over to my vehicle to see if their was anything else they could do to help while I waited inside with the kindest receptionist ( I cannot for the life of me remember her name but she was so personable and patient with me and while waiting for updates I was able to watch her work a little bit and she is very good at what she does). It’s so hard to find such kind people in this world anymore but there is nothing but extremely good people in this location and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for the services they offer. The facility is always clean and well maintained, the entire facility is secured by pass code required to open the gate, and there is access to a live person 24/7. But the feature that I personally think is the most important and truly a stand out in today's society is the staff in the on-site office.
