Renting a unit was such an easy process. The manager called me and walked me through the entire process and explained everything. There was a special going on when I completed my rental so that was a plus. Unit was clean and easily accessible. I went at night to see if the lighting was good and it’s great. Love the secured gate with a personal code. There’s an app as well to help me keep track of everything. Overall great experience.

I thought I had just missed the closing hours to rent a unit before Christmas, I had planned to store some things to make the holidays easier plus my every day life. I went online and was able to rent a unit online, posting said by the next business day we could move stuff in, I figured it was my best option. Took care of all the signatures online, couple minutes later I got an email confirmation stating we could move things in that day and there was already a lock waiting for us. I was extremely happy with the process we went through and how easy everything was! Definitely recommend!!

I haven't actually been to the storage facility yet but I have spoken with two of the girls that work in the office and must say they were both very helpful very polite and very pleasant to deal with. Since my initial review I've been to the facility and cannot say enough good things about it. At one point my husband forgot to slide the lick on our unit and the facility called us to let us know as they noticed it when they were doing checks on the storage units.

Kiara was very helpful, answered all my questions and let me look at the unit prior to renting. It was an overall good experience, Kiara and the other office staff were funny and made me feel comfortable. Also the maintenance man who took to to look at the unit was very friendly and funny as well. It is more than I wanted to pay but the place is clean, maintained, gated and has an on site office.

Now I am able to enter the facility. 24 hours is great because if I need to do something I can do it.

7/26/2023 After struggling to find a place with reasonable rates & space, I finally found one, right on time, close to home! It helped so much that both associates were attentive to my needs & overall from the phone call to meeting in person, customer service was top notch. The nice lady was very thorough, polite, made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for. She definitely considered and meet all of my needs! This makes me scream with joy because she not only helped me with renting a storage unit but helped my life by helping provide a safe and secured space for my personal items that mean so much to my family. I'm 100% certain this place & employees topped every other place in the area for me. Thank you both, you're awesome!

The storage facility staff was super friendly and helpful. The checkin process was easy and quick. They suggested great helpers and communicated clearly and often. They stayed on top of everything and operated a clean facility that was east to access. They even gave up bottled water when we were boiling from the unload! Love this place.

The lady that helped me was exceptional! I had gone and seen many storage units that were full with a waiting list and no where as nice as these storage areas. I wanted a climate control unit. The temp is cool, the unit very clean, a cart is there to help you move your things into the unit and the process only takes about 15 minutes to sign up! I couldn’t find anything close to this and spent days looking!

They were very helpful when we arrived, the price is great, everything went smoothly. The property is well kept, easy to get to, they keep up with the snow & ice for safety. This review is completely unrelated to their usual services, however, I wanted to express how kind the staff in the office is. I was having a very bad day and happened to lock my phone and keys in my car over at the car wash so my very anxious self had no choice but to figure out where to find help. I decided to walk over to this location and asked to use their phone. There were three people in the office, one of them being the owner, and they were all incredibly gracious and spoke so warm and kindly to me. They aloud me to not only use their phone but to continue to receive updates on their busy line until I knew when exactly help was on the way, both the owner and one of the employees also took time to walk over to my vehicle to see if their was anything else they could do to help while I waited inside with the kindest receptionist ( I cannot for the life of me remember her name but she was so personable and patient with me and while waiting for updates I was able to watch her work a little bit and she is very good at what she does). It’s so hard to find such kind people in this world anymore but there is nothing but extremely good people in this location and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for the services they offer. Thanks again to their team for taking the time out of their day to help?

I have been using Kwik-Stor for several years now and I highly recommend them. The facility is always clean and well maintained, the entire facility is secured by pass code required to open the gate, and there is access to a live person 24/7. But the feature that I personally think is the most important and truly a stand out in today's society is the staff in the on-site office. They are friendly people who are very competent in their jobs. They will work with you and help you in any way they can. They are truly a pleasure to work with. You cannot go wrong by trusting them and the facility to meet your storage needs!
