I needed a storage unit that was not planned and found one that fit my needs. I was so overwhelmed with how quickly that I had to get a unit and the move in time frame, and all my worries were put to rest when I got phone call the next day to get the rest of my information. I had my questions answered, and she was so patient with me and all my questions and reassured me that there are ways to contact the office even after office hours and I will get taken care of. It was wonderful customer service and I feel better about having my first storage unit!

I needed a storage unit that was not planned and found one that fit my needs. I was so overwhelmed with how quickly that I had to get a unit and the move in time frame, and all my worries were put to rest when I got phone call the next day to get the rest of my information. I had my questions answered, and she was so patient with me and all my questions and reassured me that there are ways to contact the office even after office hours and I will get taken care of. Rented a large climate controlled unit on Pleasant View location in Ephrata. The office worked with me (initial contact was while in another state) very well. First I thought would move things in November, but that changed and moved a couple months later and they were helpful so all in order when I arrived. Nice folks, also provided a recommendation for related help and that company excellent. Everything worked as it should and I was pleased throughout my time renting with them. I recommend this company based on my experience. As an aside, most storage places charge for a disc lock as part of move in, and Ephrata Self Storage is the same, but the lock itself is of a better quality (Chateau). Anyway, thumbs up!

The employees are very professional distorted units are very nice size and the prices are excellent. I will recommend them to anybody.

Great location and convenient access. Good price for the area too. Just note you will receive a million text messages for different reasons after you sign up.

Great storage facility! They have a helpful and professional staff and their grounds are kept clean and secure! Highly recommend!

The ladies that work in the office are super nice and very helpful. The units are kept clean as well as the area the units are in is kept clean and they have lights outside the units for at night. Plus as long as you are respectful you can go there any time of day that works for you.

I have been very happy with Ephrata Self Store. I started renting a unit the end of March 2023. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. The unit was very clean and the the premises are has a very good security system. I got a unit here recently to help me transition between apartments. Everyone I interacted with has been nice and helpful. You do have to pay for a lock when you get a unit, which was fine since I needed one. Pretty easy to get in, put stuff in or remove, and leave.

They walk you through everything you need to know and answer your questions right away, if they can't right away they will get back to you asap. No complaints, friendly and courteous staff. They will be the first ones called when storage is needed!!!

Adam does a very good job cleaning up the laundromat, it looks a lot cleaner than it did before he came here!!!

Our basement flooded and we needed storage space, fast. Ephrata Self Storage was local, the sign up process was easy, and we were moved into the unit the next day. The staff was super accommodating and pleasant to work with. The entire campus is clean, units were in great shape and affordable, well maintained, and security was tight. I will definitely store with them again if the need arises.
