Manhattan Mini Self Storage has been nothing short of amazing! Even when I had an issue with my unit they were quick to fix the problem and make sure that it was solved in a timely manner.

The gal that helped us did a wonderful job. We had to switch some units around and she made the transition flawless.

This company was very easy to work with. Very attentive and eager to solve any issues quickly. Highly recommend!

Getting a unit through their website was quick and easy. Customer service was responsive and helpful. I had the unit the same day that I started the process. Unit was clean and facility appears secure, clean, and well cared for.

Realistically we had no issues with the storage unit. It was affordable and never were concerned with break-ins. We did have multiple toads in our unit about a month before we had to move our stuff out (moved due to military).

Very affordable, wonderful management! Although the storage unit was dirty when I arrived, everything I had fit perfectly and I had no other problems.

BEWARE. They can go up on prices at anytime !!!!!!!I was very happy with my experience so far . I’ve had 1 unit for over a year. Then rented another unit in January of this year. The first unit price went up around 5.00 or so after the first year. Now the second unit price increased effective August 1. 2024 after only have it for 7 months is going up from 87.00 to 125.00 . I’m not sure how they determine price increases but that’s an extreme increase in that short amount of time . Thankfully the other unit price (which is right beside of that one same size ) haven’t been sent a notice yet!!!! They have us in a bind at the moment with being in between housing . I definitely will not recommend after this .Not even top of line buildings for this crap!!! Not a valid email address to send to owner . I already contacted management when the price increase email was sent and all I was told is that they was trying to increase prices to match other places in the area. My other unit didn’t ever go up . But we decided not to let them have us in a bind so we moved both units out to a different facility.

The process was easy, however, the storage unit was less than appealing. There was mouse feces everywhere. Clearly whoever put the lock in the storage unit for me to pick up could see that. The seal at the bottom was completely worn and there were openings on it everywhere. Made staff aware at least on two occasions of this, to which they said they would replace it and never did. I don’t recommend if you plan on storing furniture or items similar.

They kept rushing out the door cause they had a meeting. When I asked if I can take a look at their storage unit to see if it's a good fit for me the girl in the front replied " yeah we don't do that" I replied with so you want me to randomly rent a storage from you and take a gamble of it it's good or not she replied with "yes pretty much" yeah I said my thank you and walked away
