Good units, easy access. Door can be tricky to latch but once you know you know. We were recommended by friends who've used these units for years now Update: we had the unit for almost a year I believe, didn't have any problems other than that pesky latch haha We did notice when we started moving stuff out the past week that it looks like some things got water on them during that huge rainfail STL had, friend mentioned they had a leaky roof in their unit at one point and it sounded like the one we used might have also, but nothing was beyond repair, just traces of mold and water damage on some wood laying around in our unit and a few boxes. If we need a unit again we'll probably return to use one ^^

Dupo has been been holding onto my stuff ever since I got out of the military. I've never had any issues with them or the storage area they provide.

If your in need of a storage unit in the dupo or surrounding area I highly recommend going to dupo self storage on falling springs road it is now gated so you don’t have to worry about just anyone being able to drive through the facility and helping themselves to other peoples belongings they have 24/7 surveillance and everyone who has a unit their has their own code so they know who is coming and going its a 100% improvement to what it used to be and the lady who has kept in contact with me throughout the whole process of renting a unit is very nice and very helpful thank you guys for making the much needed improvements and for making it a much safer place to store people’s belongings

Very thorough and communicative. Was able to rent a space completely online. Very easy and painless process. I mistakenly neglected to select an insurance plan when I filled out the original application, but all it took was one short email, and they got me enrolled in a plan quite painlessly. My only complaint so far, is unexpected costs. The space is $50/month, which is a great price. But then theres a $25 administrative fee. Then $13 for the minimum required insurance. $14 for their lock. So it actually ended up being a little over $100, by the time all was said and done.

Owners always respond to questions or requests in a timely manner and we easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing storage in the area.

Very clean facility and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The ability to move in online is also a big plus.
