When they changed management company’s and there was a problem with my bill, I seriously contemplated leaving, but customer service took care off my problem, made it right and got it back on track. They communicate with me consistently with me, except when they changed companies they changed the gate codes and forgot to inform me- oops) but no biggie. I called customer service once more- picked up- and took care of me right away while on the phone.i would highly recommned
