I went on their website and put in a request to rent a storage unit. I was replied to within minutes. I was having a phone call with a friendly representative named Sara within another five minutes and had successfully reserved a unit the size I needed in about 15 minutes total. The location has easy drive up access, the price was discounted and so far this has been a true 5 star experience for me as the customer. Good work.

Was able to book online and have all set up over weekend and ready to go ...easy instructions and lock set up for unit. Easy enough and ready to go :)

I reserved my unit online and paid right away and when I called the lady on the phone was very helpful and answered all of my questions no issues at all

This was my first time using a storage unit. My daughter is going to college in Pennsylvania, we aren't local, and with a small vehicle it would have been difficult to transport all of her things home for the summer. The staff was polite and prompt in answering my questions. They reached out to me, within the day of application online. This would have been a 5 star review, however, because of my lack of experience with storage facilities, I didn't realize how much dust would accumulate on all of my daughter's dorm items.I really wasn't prepared to clean the bins and small pieces of furniture before moving her into the dorm room. It just caused a minor setback for the move in. Apart from the small setback, I would highly recommend exeter self storage.

Plus, I was offered my first two months at a discounted rate. Management is easy to get a hold of and helpful with any questions. You have 24/7 access to your unit and a unique code to get you in and out of the gate. I highly recommend Exeter Self Storage!

Entrance to the facility off 422 is easy even with a truck. Everything can be done online and is easy to set up. Could not be a better experience. Would highly recommend!!

It has been almost 6 months and I can say that I have been very happy with the experience. I was looking for a facility with drive-up units that was easy to get to and this place has it all. My husband and I are always at the Home Depot anyway so stopping by here when I need to is never a problem. They made paperwork and payments all very simple so I never have to think about it.
