Holly has been really helpful! I wish I would have gotten a bigger unit but only need it for a month. I would recommend renting from them.

Finding a storage was a easy process since everything is done on their web site. You really don't talk with anyone they send instructions on what to do by e-mail when you get your unit. And they offer a protection program, so if anything happens to the items in your unit its covered. Overall happy with the whole process.

Exceptional customer service EDIT: we used this storage facility for about 5 months and just ended our services. The communication with the supervisor was fantastic and they checked in on use monthly to make sure our needs were met. Our unit wasn't anything fancy but it kept our belongings dry and free of any foul smell. The unit was easily accessible and was definitely large enough for our belongings. I liked that they have ample security cameras, it didn't look like anyone tried to mess with our things anyways. The location was tucked away so there wasn't a bunch of random traffic. The one thing I didn't "like" was that the gate was always open with no code to get in like at other locations we have used. That's mainly just a personal preference, and like I mentioned our belongings stayed safe the 5 months they were at this location. We took advantage of a promotion when we first signed up so our expenses were cheaper than the leading storage facilities. We were also offered to be entered in raffles for Amazon gift cards ect. Over all I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need. Friendly staff, clean units, easy access to your things, and no hassle when it's time to leave!

Their units available was posted online so it was easy to see that I could get one and reserve it at the same time. The alternative is blanket calling many companies and leaving a msg and waiting for them to call you back. It is pricey here and the units could definitely be updated. However, communication was really easy with management and they were all decent understanding people. When moving several states, the storage unit is the last thing you want to stress about.

Very nice office staff and managers. I had to have repairs done to my unit and they had to put a temporary lock on my unit. They gave me the code and I tried the code and it didn't work thinking I got the wrong code. Called customer service and was able to get in contact with the manager Tara and she came out of her way to meet me at the storage unit in Chambersburg PA. Once she got there she tried the code and got the lock to open right away. I guess I didn't have the right touch lol. I'm glad I was able to get assistance and not have to make a wasted trip back to Germantown MD. Also the pricing for a 10 foot by 20 foot storage unit is very cheap and reasonable compared to getting a storage unit near where I live in Germantown MD!!!! Thanks again Tara!!!

We have rented 2 units now, one in Greencastle & now in Chambersburg. Both times I reserved the unit online & everything was ready to go the next morning. I love doing things online, saves a lot of time & the process is super simple. I had an after hours issue & I had 3 maybe 4 manager’s/employees contact me back within 5-10 minutes! I know my girlfriend spoke with Tara who was extremely helpful & a few others who were awesome! I also had reserved a unit that was a little too small & they were so helpful! I’d definitely recommend trying any of their locations out & they have a bunch! It’s also BY FAR the best value & they have had a promo both times I’ve been shopping around for a unit. Very happy with my experience!

Great storage location. Less than 10min from downtown chambersburg. The pricing for our 10×25 unit was great for 2 months. Highly recommend them

From the beginning of the application process until the end, nothing but 5 star service! There was an issue with the signing of my paperwork, and I did it electronically three times. I called for help the fourth time. Jodie got back to me, in a timely manner, and resent the information. Again a problem, but this time I got Doreen. Doreen stayed on the phone until all paperwork was done properly. Understand, I was getting worked up because I would be traveling from NY to MD the next morning to move in. I would have been denied access if things weren't in order. Both Jodie and Doreen handled my situation with patience, kindness, respect and consideration throughout everything. If you're looking for storage Jodie and Doreen are for you!

This storage place has been a Godsend for me. Moving from New York state to Pennsylvania when I am a collector of things my kids consider hoarding, Chambersburg has been non judgmental and easily accessible. They have also been quick to provide me a unit, as well as a second unit when my moving company wanted to charge me astronomical fees for everyday things that are "extra" because of their size. The units are clean and give me a sense of security having my life stored in there. Thank you Doreen and all the staff that have made this part of my move the easiest part of this upheaval to a new home.
