This was perfect as it was only 2 minutes from my home, they have lights and a gate to keep everything secure!

Very nice location for storage. Was near my home and easy to get to!

I am happy with the outdoor parking here. It is paved and has lines to mark where to park. Alo inside the gate is nice.

The administrative team of Route 30 Self Storage do an exceptional job of "spoiling" their customers with timely replies, an efficient client portal for online contracts, and remembering special requests (like a more preferred unit). I wish they could train and teach many other companies, both within and outside the storage business, to provide a similar level of quality service. I have no misgivings about driving 45 minutes away from my home community to receive their great service and affordable rates.

I did the in-line and it was easy to navigate. Great prices and clean unit...happy! Company personnel are very friendly and helpful!

The lady I spoke to was great. I called to get pricing and insurance info, I booked online and she called in 5 mins to confirm everything. I missed the turn when I went but that was my fault, I didn't know there was a turn after the development beside it (York). Easy access once I got there. Felt safe being there, was easy to find my storage spot, and found the office part right at the front. Place was clean and secure, with a good amount of room in hallway to move stuff in without hitting the walls.

Our inquiry was met with appropriate information so that we felt we knew the details before committing to our rental. The process of making the rental official was handled over the phone and through email. It could not have been easier!
