I was very pleased with the help I received from sparefoot. They helped me find the perfect storage unit and they were running a great special with 2nd month rent free. Afton chuckey storage is very close and clean. The wonderful lady helped me out and we chatted for almost an hour (felt like 2 minutes) about personal life stuff and I really enjoyed our talk and I would highly recommend the Afton chuckey storage and sparefoot anytime. Keep up the good work😊

Great unit. perfect location and the price is good. the only con is trying to speak to an actual person. Called several times and went there during the business hours that claim to have people available but cannot find anyone and no one is available by phone

My entry code didn't work when moving in, it still doesn't work days later. But the staff have been super helpful in giving me temporary codes until they can fix the problem in there computer

The contactless check in is confusing, you get a call from a number you don't recognize instead of the number on the web site. They told me to put the lock they provide in a drop box but it wouldn't fit so I had to open the package on something I wasn't going to use in order to return it and not be charged for it. The unit had two oil stains and some debris in it. I'd prefer having a person available to manage these issues.

My husband and I had been searching and searching for a storage unit near Chuckey, TN, where we planned to relocate in the near future. We ultimately called Afton-Chuckey Self Storage, where my husband initially left his name and number for a call back. We received a call from Sarah, just an hour or so later, who confirmed that they indeed had a unit that fit our needs. The online process for securing the unit rental was quick and easy, and was followed up by a call from Heather to check that she had the correct information and to ask us if we had any questions. Kudos to Sarah and Heather, who were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! They certainly helped make this step of the moving process considerably less painful!

Myself and 2 family members rent storage units here. The climate controlled units are reliable and none of us has ever had any issues with accessibility. The facility is kept clean and tidy and our belongings are kept safe. They are very fairly priced. If anyone needs storage, I highly recommend renting here.

Available units, small to large, boxes, locks, service and more. This place is in a great location, good staff, and fair prices. There units are pretty good against the weather but Carlisle had a flood the other day and my unit saw some wet floors. Compared to the weather outside, the unit did pretty good. Plus, it was not a "climate controlled" unit anyway.

I have to say that when I choose to rent a storage unit I will most definitely choose this facility due to my contact with the manager, Rick. This storage place has been a Godsend for me. Moving from New York state to Pennsylvania when I am a collector of things my kids consider hoarding, Chambersburg has been non judgmental and easily accessible. They have also been quick to provide me a unit, as well as a second unit when my moving company wanted to charge me astronomical fees for everyday things that are "extra" because of their size. The units are clean and give me a sense of security having my life stored in there. Thank you Doreen and all the staff that have made this part of my move the easiest part of this upheaval to a new home.

Looking for storage was turning into a nightmare until I found Chambersburg Mini Self Storage! Storage places that wouldn't return my messages or phone calls, one reserved me a unit but before I could make it over to the site had given away my reserved unit! Chambersburg Mini Self Storage allowed me to choose the size storage unit I wanted and pay for it all online! I even submitted my ID online! I never had to leave my home, well, except to store my things! 😊 They make purchasing a storage unit simple and easy and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Our basement flooded and we needed storage space, fast. Ephrata Self Storage was local, the sign up process was easy, and we were moved into the unit the next day. The staff was super accommodating and pleasant to work with. The entire campus is clean, units were in great shape and affordable, well maintained, and security was tight. I will definitely store with them again if the need arises.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service, and I don't say that often. They really helped me out with getting me the right storage unit in a pinch. I couldn't move out from my unit on the scheduled move-out date because of bad weather/dangerous driving conditions, but they were completely understanding and didn't charge me for the extra days. I can 100% vouch for this company that they have incredible customer service and are extremely accommodating. Their storage units are clean and the building is well-kept. This is a great and secure storage place, the prices are reasonable and lower than other places in the area that I contacted, the unit was clean, accessable and the management company is easy to work with, they gave us the first month free, no long term contact and they do automatic billing which is a plus. If you need a storage unit, give them a call, they also have spots for campers/boats/vehicles on site so it can be one stop for everything

Completed the arrangements on line for a climate controlled space. The representative was just as friendly as if she were having coffee with us in our living room. All the paperwork & payments were done on our cell phone. Once we arrive the unit was adequately protected, easily assessable, warmish on a very cold day, clean, and very secure. A hand cart was on the premises for easy transport of heavier items to our space. The facility was bright and secure. Absolutely no evidence of bugs, rodents, water, or other concerns.
This storage facility is really clean and well taken care of. Got into the unit easy and got my own gate code!
I have never used storage before and the process was much easier than expected. The manager told me I could move in right off the website, which I did. I was in the unit within minutes with my own gate code. The security they have is great. I would recommend this place.
The facility is very clean and I am happy I am storing here. Looked like the cleanest and newest storage in Hanover.

I had a large unit for almost 2 yrs and am finally getting my things down to FL where I moved to in Sept 2019. I called and spoke to a very nice and friendly sales person, Doreen, who helped me get a smaller unit to downgrade to once my current unit is emptied. My son is moving into his first apartment and we were holding many furniture pieces for him. I wanted to reduce my rent paid until I can take everything left from PA to FL and she helped me find the right unit. I have been very happy with Hanover. It only misses 5 stars because access to the doors is tight for anybody who doesn't normally do a lot of accurate backing-up of their vehicle. Pull through access would be best.

I was having a very bad day and happened to lock my phone and keys in my car over at the car wash so my very anxious self had no choice but to figure out where to find help. I decided to walk over to this location and asked to use their phone. There were three people in the office, one of them being the owner, and they were all incredibly gracious and spoke so warm and kindly to me. They aloud me to not only use their phone but to continue to receive updates on their busy line until I knew when exactly help was on the way, both the owner and one of the employees also took time to walk over to my vehicle to see if their was anything else they could do to help while I waited inside with the kindest receptionist ( I cannot for the life of me remember her name but she was so personable and patient with me and while waiting for updates I was able to watch her work a little bit and she is very good at what she does). It’s so hard to find such kind people in this world anymore but there is nothing but extremely good people in this location and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for the services they offer. Thanks again to their team for taking the time out of their day to help😊

I have been using Kwik-Stor for several years now and I highly recommend them. The facility is always clean and well maintained, the entire facility is secured by pass code required to open the gate, and there is access to a live person 24/7. But the feature that I personally think is the most important and truly a stand out in today's society is the staff in the on-site office. They are friendly people who are very competent in their jobs. They will work with you and help you in any way they can. They are truly a pleasure to work with. I was in a pinch, and needed to rent a unit, ASAP. I stopped by to rent the unit, but they were closed for an off-site meeting. Fortunately, I ran into the owner, Stan, who was able to explain to me how to rent a unit from my phone! Through their online portal, I was able to select a unit (which was one of the last ones), complete an application, and, within a few minutes, rent my unit. The next day, I got a call from Erin. following up to ensure I was satisfied with the rental - which I was. Very good experience and the rates are fair.

Ladies in the office today were phenomenal! Extremely friendly, helpful, & uplifting! No pressure sales tactics! Unit is large, clean & easily accessible. Process was quick & easy! They carry many moving supplies that are difficult to find in our area without also charging an arm & leg.. Only thing I'd change is payment process. I'd prefer to have the choice of paying weekly, bi-weekly or whenever is convenient for me instead of set date on the 1st of the month.

We were so impressed with Stan and Michelle. When I first called to enquire about a rental I got a service that answered. I didn't care for the person and her knowledge about the property. I figured that it was just big business. I went on to call about the next prospect. Just then I got a call from Stan. He called me and asked how he could help. He was very cheerful and helpful. We went to check out the property and Stan showed us 3 possible options. It was pouring down raining out but he cheerfully showed them to us. We talked through the prices and decided on the 10 x30. Stan cut through the red tape and made it that we could start that day. Because of living hours away we didn't want to have to come back except to store our things. By the time we were done Stan and Michelle made us feel like we were storing with family. Very helpful. We would have hugged Stan for saving the day, but you know the COVID thing didn't allow. We will be using this very clean and secure storage for a long time.

Make sure to take a lock with you when you rent a unit, otherwise you have to purchase one there and the prices are a little high for a lock. Overall, the coat for the unit is decent.

We had an emergency come up where our nephew was stranded in Gettysburg with a broken down motorcycle. Towing would have been $200+ so we started calling uhauls to see if that would be cheaper. Even though it was Sunday and they were closed, Susquehanna Valley self storage offered to open up and rent us a cargo van. They saved the day and were so pleasant to work with! If you ever need a uhaul or storage unit, I highly recommend them simply because their customer service is so amazing! Thank you again for helping us out so quickly!!!

I stored my van here for a few months. It's a nice facility and the manager was always very helpful with anything we needed. The facility is surrounded by barbed wire and was very affordable and out of the way from peering eyes. I thought what was nice is when I originally called she had another facility which wouldn't have worked out for us because it was going through some construction so she recommended this other one instead. It saved me a lot of time of having to do more research to find a different location. It's only 30 mins from the Cabela's and is perfect if you have an RV that needs to be stored.

We were moving on our last day in our house when we found out that our moving company was not going to be able to move us. I am so thankful that I found I-78 self storage! They had a huge 10x40 with immediate availability unit to fit our move in one unit. They are also open 24/7 which was extremely helpful for me. I have dealt with Melita from the beginning process until I vacated the unit. She has made every step of the process very easy and pain free. She even gave us a very easy gate code to remember. I looked for an hour during the moving for my locks, when I got there I forgot they have already provided them! I cannot give them enough praise they really helped me in a very difficult situation. Can't pay it one day? They will work with you and move it to a day that you are able too! Prices are so worth it! Everyone I spoke too has been so nice! Such an easy and personable experience renting a parking space for my newly purchased camper. We were looking to store it at Carlin's for covered parking but it had been 3 days and we had still not been contacted back about a space. I-78 made it simple to see what was available right online and had a phone call within an hour of reserving a spot to go over specifics and get more information from me as well as from the storage facility. No man behind the curtain here, just old school business practices like it should be. If something isn't right, they'll fix it. I was incorrectly charged for a lock when I am not renting a storage unit, and it was credited to my account. Keeping my business for a while.

Heather was wonderful she walked me through the entire process of renting an unit. Heather has the patience of a saint - if I did not have her help I would have given up and not rented the unit. Again, on Saturday, Nov. 13th, I called, I was the storage facility, Heather is fantastic, she explained on how to find my storage unit.
The facility is clean, well lit and easy to navigate.
Nice, clean storage and the staff is so friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage. This facility also has secure entry and it was so easy to store our large items. The price was the best I found in this area as well!

I called this morning in reference to a unit. There was a problem with my mover and miscommunication with him. I needed a climate controlled storage unit ASAP. Heather was absolutely amazing. She listened to what had happened and she was very compassionate and kind and help me walk through the whole process of signing up for a unit. I couldn’t ask for awesome service!! I rented a unit after moving back to the area from jersey and needed a unit for a few months until I figured out my next move. I searched within a 40 mi radius from Nazareth figuring the one in town would be most expensive in the area bc it’s the most convenient to me. Wow was I shocked when it was the least expensive! Over the last couple months I went in various times and it was always quiet and pretty clean. When I had a concern about water staining on the concrete near my unit, Sarah from the office assured me it was not an issue and she was totally correct bc I didn’t run into any problems during my 7 months there. The system was super easy to punch in. I guess the only downfall is not being able to pull into the driveway with a truck bc of the right quarters but luckily we were able to make it work through the use of their carts and different door options! Sarah was always super friendly and always helpful the few times I spoke with her! It’s nice to know they do walkthroughs bc I once didn’t lock it and she was able to quickly call me and get it corrected!

Erin and Sara made the process of reserving a unit and closing the account very easy! I needed to store things here in between moving and it was very useful. The units are inside and temperature controlled so nothing gets overheated. I am leaving a four star review just because of the parking lot and mostly the front door entrance way. I had not taken into consideration the incline of the parking lot which made balancing the moving carts a little tricky. There was an incidence where someone else was moving and their cart rolled down the lot into our vehicle (luckily no damage was done). Getting through the front door to access the upper level units is also quite uneven. This made a bit of a 'bump' when rolling the carts over, and more importantly seems to be a bit of a moving hazard when lifting heavy objects in and out of the facility.

Sara is very quick at returning emails and answering questions quickly. She has been a big help. As for the storage unit itself, it is fine and they do provide dollies since you are most likely going to be traveling down the hallway to get to your unit. It is not like the outdoor kind that you just pull right up to. It is just awkward loading and unloading since the building is practically up against another building and you can't park there, it is just for loading and unloading. (there are a handful of parking spots). We have a mini van and can pull up right against the building and we go inside and then open the big garage door. We unload right there, then close the big garage door and then we transport everything back to our storage unit. The other day we went to unload and there were 2 big rental vans parked right in front of the main driveway that we needed to get down. We had to go around the block and go up the one way the wrong way to get to our entrance so we could unload. So that was very annoying.

I just started renting out a couple of their units. Being the easily confused individual I am, I already had to call them with a slew of questions regarding charges; insurance; locks; timing; and even accidently renting out an additional unit (whoops!). Their customer service is amazing. They helped walk me through what each charge was, answered all my questions, and will be crediting my account back the money that was charged on the additional unit I unintentionally rented. On top of all that, their storage facility is very easy to access and extremely clean! They have a number of dollys available for moving all the heavy items and stacks of boxes you may have. The ease of setting up an account and completing the rental process fully online was extremely helpful as well! They already have very reasonably priced units and the specials they offer on some of them make their prices that much lower! I'm not one to post many reviews online but they definitely deserve this 5 star rating!

Pricey, but climate controlled and very convenient location. Loading and unloading can be a pain since it is street parking, but they provide dollies to move stuff. Overall a very good storage experience. Used them for a few years and just moved out painlessly.

We have had three large storage units for the past year. Facility was clean, well lighted, and fully secured. The free cart use was a huge plus for moving items in and out. Large overhead door access and wide corridors between storage units made it even easier to move items throughout the facility. 24 hour access made it convenient to gain access anytime. If there is a need for storage in the future, i will definitely consider Nazareth Self Storage again.

We were skeptical at first because I never needed to store things anywhere other than my cellar. After Mom moved, we needed to get our seasonal things as well as hers out of the house. I called the Nazareth Self Storage and Kelsey was very nice and answered all our questions. She let us go and look at the facility and at a 6X10 that we were interested in. We were happy when we saw it and booked the following day. I never felt pressured to make a decision. We started in July and hope to have our things stored there for several years.
