Because I am beginning the transition into retirement And will be making changes to my home a storage unit is necessary at this time. Hilltop is a wonderful and a very nice facility. Staff members are polite professional and very knowledgeable. I started by stopping by to obtain info. Doreen was wonderful and friendly. She explained everything and covered all requirements for renting, different units, sizes, prices , etc. I asked if I could think about it and come back and she stated absolutely that was okay! Love that there was no “pressure”. That evening, I went on line rented the unit that I wanted and went back the next morning. I stopped by the office and Doreen advised me that everything was ready and I just needed to go down to the unit! Everything was processed! When I got to the unit that I rented it was tagged and secured, and when I opened the gate, it was perfect. It was clean and a lock was a waiting for me inside! The lock was a nice lock and much more reasonably priced than making an extra trip to a store! Thank you, hilltop you all are wonderful You have made this process truly simple !

The lady I talked with at the office was very friendly and accommodating and we have plenty of room to move around in a 10x10. The facilities are clean and I will be able to go through boxes in a comfortable environment. I couldn’t be more pleased! Thanks for your help.

Hilltop Storage has been great for the past two years! Always friendly staff and very welcoming. For the almost two years we were there, the price only increased once, at a very minimum rate. We actually moved to Hilltop Storage because our last storage unit increased our monthly rate by almost $200 per month in a short 6 months. We were very happy with our move to Hilltop and would recommend them to anyone!

Very clean facilities. Staff goes above and beyond to answer questions or give you lead time on paperwork. Safe and secure, and easy fo access.

The reason why I give it a four star is because I was moving my stuff in from a U-Haul truck it's not very spacious to drive around. But other than that it's perfect

Their online rental/reservation process is simple and well thought out. Probably took 15 minutes total to complete the rental agreement and payment process. Accessing the facility is simple using the unique code they provide for the security gate. The unit was easy to find and sized adequately for my needs. The area is clean and well lit. I received a phone call from the facilities manager to make sure everything was OK and if I had any questions or concerns...for me this is the customer service that I expect and appreciate. I highly recommend checking out Hilltop Self Storage.

It was 20-30 minutes before they closed and they got my set up with a unit that night which is amazing! A lot of other places I think wouldn't even answer the phone if it was that late but they did. The lady was very nice walked me through everything and helped me to the best of her ability! I give them a 10/10 for everything! Price for the unit was very cheap and it's a decent sized unit the area is very clean and tidy. I highly recommend anyone looking for a unit to contact them you won't be disappointed I promise!

This is by far the best company to deal with for storage! They are extremely helpful, and responsive. The units are clean, well lit, and made of the best materials. I expected a problem when I planned to vacate the unit, but it was all handled in minutes. It's hard to find better service!

Clean, easy to access, could have wider driving areas but otherwise a decent place!

The issue we had has been resolved and we were taken care of. Below was previous to the resolution but I figured I would leave it here for reference of what happened. I am grateful that we were able to work something out and that the owners were able to help. I will continue to use Hilltop for my future storage needs and recommend them to others looking for the services they offer. We had no issues at all until somehow water got into our unit. We had insurance but they would not cover our claim because it was identified "surface water." There was some speculation of a clogged drain during a heavy rainfall in September that could've caused this. After our claim was denied I've emailed the manager in hopes that the owners would make it right. There were a couple emails back and forth but no answer on whether or not they would help us recoup our loss. I understand I signed a contract but was under the impression the insurance I bought would cover any type of water damage. It was not until after I filed my claim that I was told exactly what our insurance covered. I'm moving to the area and will vacate the unit immediately after my move. In the future I will go elsewhere for my storage needs and use this experience to ensure something like this does not happen again.

Accessible, friendly, professional. Units clean and dry, rates reasonable. What's not to like? We stored for 3 months or so, a 3,000 cu. ft. unit, and had one false alarm on moving out because our house deal blew up, and they pro-rated us for credit on the days we had left on our month. Altogether a top-notch outfit. And no security worries either.

Best price and availability I could find near me. Easy, convenient online process. Management is on top of things. Recommend
