I was in a pinch, and needed to rent a unit, ASAP. I stopped by to rent the unit, but they were closed for an off-site meeting. Fortunately, I ran into the owner, Stan, who was able to explain to me how to rent a unit from my phone! Through their online portal, I was able to select a unit (which was one of the last ones), complete an application, and, within a few minutes, rent my unit. The next day, I got a call from Erin. following up to ensure I was satisfied with the rental - which I was. Very good experience and the rates are fair.

I had a house fire and needed a storage unit immediately, the staff was amazing and courteous! I was pleasantly surprised that they had boxes, locks, bubblewrap, and everything I needed to salvage and store whatever I needed to. These people were absolutely awesome. I would recommend to anyone 10/10. Michelle and Erin are absolutely amazing!! Thank you both so much!! And the gentleman that was also working that day but I forgot his name(I'm so sorry sir).

Been dealing with them for years, rented a second unit. I understand why they had to make the restroom in the place employees only, but after I had just spent $131 there, it would have been nice to be able to use the restroom.

Place is clean. Office workers are very friendly and helpful. Will use this storage facility any time I need one! Very convenient placing also!

What an awesome place to store! We were in a bind with our move from Delco to New Holland. Our home would take an extra 4 weeks to complete. The girls in the office were terrific to work with. They helped me with the online process and anything in between. The facility was easily accessible and clean. I would definitely store there again.

I have been a Customer 5 plus years with this wonderful Storage Facility. Recently rented a second larger unit. As always, the service was professional along with the staff. The prices are very reasonable and the units are clean as can be expected. Another good service provided is Insurance at a very good rate depending on your situation. Thanks again!

Ladies in the office today were phenomenal! Extremely friendly, helpful, & uplifting! No pressure sales tactics! Unit is large, clean & easily accessible. Process was quick & easy! They carry many moving supplies that are difficult to find in our area without also charging an arm & leg.. Only thing I'd change is payment process. I'd prefer to have the choice of paying weekly, bi-weekly or whenever is convenient for me instead of set date on the 1st of the month.

Talked to a lady by the name of Sara yesterday over the phone and she was so kind and professional and helpful it really made my day!

I rented a climate controlled unit to store two pianos during a home renovation. The unit was clean and a good temperature. The staff are very professional and friendly. A big plus is the side exit which leads to a red light at the high traffic intersection. I will use this facility on any storage needs in the future.

We were so impressed with Stan and Michelle. When I first called to enquire about a rental I got a service that answered. I didn't care for the person and her knowledge about the property. I figured that it was just big business. I went on to call about the next prospect. Just then I got a call from Stan. He called me and asked how he could help. He was very cheerful and helpful. We went to check out the property and Stan showed us 3 possible options. It was pouring down raining out but he cheerfully showed them to us. We talked through the prices and decided on the 10 x30. Stan cut through the red tape and made it that we could start that day. Because of living hours away we didn't want to have to come back except to store our things. By the time we were done Stan and Michelle made us feel like we were storing with family. Very helpful. We would have hugged Stan for saving the day, but you know the COVID thing didn't allow. We will be using this very clean and secure storage for a long time.

Climate controlled storage units. Very clean, 24 hour secure access, well lit. The people are very nice. Auto pay is an option so you never have to worry about having a late payment.

I am currently in the process of moving, with particularly short notice, and so I have utilized the Kwik Stor for my packing materials multiple times in the last two weeks. Each time I have visited, the staff (Stan and John I believe the last time) has been friendly, courteous, and super helpful. The prices for packing materials were also very economic, so I would use their services again without hesitation or readily recommend the Kwik Stor to others that would be moving in the Ephrata area.

Just started renting a unit here. Very clean and professional service. Easy access, and the rental process was easy as well. Convenient location.

I rented a 10x10 unit and was going to just leave in a month. But come to find out it was not big enough for my plans. Went back and talked to customer service gentleman ( sorry I don't remember his name but a great guy to deal with) anyways I told him I was going to leave my stuff in long term and he was great at getting me another locker not to far from my original locker. Made life a lot easier!! I would definitely recommend y'all.
