Customer service rep was friendly and helpful. The process for renting the space was quick and painless. Outside Facility is very clean and well kept. I had ample room to drive in with my trailer and turn around. The space provided was easy to back into.

this place has amazing customer service, i was able to reserve my unit and handle the application and everything online. the women at the front desk was able to walk me through everything. always double checked i knew where i was going, made sure i knew everything i needed to know.

I had a large unit for almost 2 yrs and am finally getting my things down to FL where I moved to in Sept 2019. I called and spoke to a very nice and friendly sales person, Doreen, who helped me get a smaller unit to downgrade to once my current unit is emptied. My son is moving into his first apartment and we were holding many furniture pieces for him. I wanted to reduce my rent paid until I can take everything left from PA to FL and she helped me find the right unit. I have been very happy with Hanover. They are always available for questions or any of my needs. The units are very spacious and accessible.

Clean, efficient, and secure.... I am a storage unit newbie but Hanover Self Storage seems to be a great place to start. Well lit, easy to access, and a double layer of security. That, and the local person who processed our paperwork and took our payment information was very friendly and accommodating.

Renting on line and over the phone was a breeze. I called to inquire about what my needs were. Hanover self storage led me to the size that was available. When I wasn't quite ready they called me back in a few weeks to check if I still needed service. Which I did. They whole thing took 5 min and I was on my way to self storing. Also they provided a lock for the unit in the unit for my convenience. Thanks Hanover Self Storage.

I actually made a reservation on line. Within minutes I received a call, finalized and was in my storage unit. Thanks HSS!

New facility. We rented via online tool. All interaction has been on line or on the phone. Nice, helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. It only misses 5 stars because access to the doors is tight for anybody who doesn't normally do a lot of accurate backing-up of their vehicle. Pull through access would be best.

Out of all the facilities here in Hanover, this one has a website that correctly lists all the prices and features of the storage site. Many options and military discount. staff very friendly and efficient.

Great customer service. They showed us how big the units were and when we explained what we were using they helped us determined the size that fits best. They even said we can change the size of the unit if we needed to. They explained everything well and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend.
