Great, I needed storage for my things when I sold my house. I found out just today that they do a drive around each day to see that the locks are secured properly. We had emptied everything and I was going to clean it before I called to let them know I had emptied my unit when they called to let me know the lock was gone and the unit was empty and to verify that I was leaving the unit. I was never worried about my things that were stored and knowing this was even more peace of mind had I known.

Seemed like they didn’t care about what happened, charged me extra, without saying anything.This is the only reason, that I can’t give 5 stars.
ScottThe storage units are clean, doors work fine. The need to grease the latches though. All in all, price and the ease of moving about in the gates are easy.
