The ladies that work in the office are super nice and very helpful. The units are kept clean as well as the area the units are in is kept clean and they have lights outside the units for at night. Plus as long as you are respectful you can go there any time of day that works for you.

I have been very happy with Ephrata Self Store. I started renting a unit the end of March 2023. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. The unit was very clean and the the premises are has a very good security system. I still have a unit at Ephrata Self Storage and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for clean and secure storage unit.

I got a unit here recently to help me transition between apartments. Everyone I interacted with has been nice and helpful. You do have to pay for a lock when you get a unit, which was fine since I needed one. Pretty easy to get in, put stuff in or remove, and leave.

They walk you through everything you need to know and answer your questions right away, if they can't right away they will get back to you asap. No complaints, friendly and courteous staff. They will be the first ones called when storage is needed!!!

Adam does a very good job cleaning up the laundromat, it looks a lot cleaner than it did before he came here!!!

Our basement flooded and we needed storage space, fast. Ephrata Self Storage was local, the sign up process was easy, and we were moved into the unit the next day. The staff was super accommodating and pleasant to work with. The entire campus is clean, units were in great shape and affordable, well maintained, and security was tight. I will definitely store with them again if the need arises.
