Absolutely OUTSTANDING service, and I don't say that often. They really helped me out with getting me the right storage unit in a pinch. I couldn't move out from my unit on the scheduled move-out date because of bad weather/dangerous driving conditions, but they were completely understanding and didn't charge me for the extra days. I can 100% vouch for this company that they have incredible customer service and are extremely accommodating. Their storage units are clean and the building is well-kept. I would absolutely rent from them again if I ever need a storage unit in the future. Thank you so much Ephrata Self-storage, you've been so helpful and amazing 🙏

Super kind folks. Purchased online and within minutes I had a call from the manager, welcoming me. Very nice inside and outside units

I only stored some things here for a few months, but in that time I received great service, ease of access to the building, was offered a great rate for the unit I selected, and was able to start renting my unit all with a simple submission online. Plus they recently installed a fence around all the facilities for added security. I highly recommend this place!

Reasonably priced

Very convenient to take care of everything online and over the phone. Took a little while to get all the details needed, but nice people.

I spent 5 minutes, MAYBE 7, online during my lunch break renting my unit...on the way home dropped some stuff off! SO EASY and SUPER fast! Beautiful property, friendly people! Thanks guys!!!

Setting this up was simple and the person I dealt with couldn't have been any nicer. The space was immaculate and simple to use. Really glad we chose it, even though Ephrata is about 25 minutes from us. I absolutely recommend them.

I called to rent a space talk to some wonderful people they told me to go online to rent the space I screwed up and ended up running two spaces the next day the manager called me rectify the situation refund with immediate which they told me 7 to 10 business but was there a lot sooner place is clean air tight very pleasant people to work with

Cheap for the space you get

This place is great! They were super helpful and the whole process went very quickly! They had maps of where the storage units were and carefully explained everything. The prices are very fair and less expensive than competitors. The units are safe and in convenient locations. Definitely would recommend!

This was by far the best priced storage facility in the area. Reserving a unit took only a quick phone call. The paperwork was a breeze. The customer service was truly excellent, couldn't have been better. The unit I rented was clean and well lit. There was a variety of sizes to suit your needs. I had a great experience with this business and would highly recommend it!!!

Had an emergency at my home and needed a place to store my belongings while renovations took place. I was able to pay for the unit and sign all paperwork online the night before, and moved in the next day. Easily one of the best experiences I've dealt with in a long time.
