Reserved a unit here and was very quickly contacted by the manager who moved me in. Couldn't ask for faster service.

I THINK ITS COOL I LIKE THIS PRODUCT SO PERFECT

Had the perfect amount of storage that I needed.

I have not a thing bad to say. He gave me all the information I needed. And was very kind.

Easy to rent online. Convenient location and clean units

Service, price and great location for me. My only negative comment is that my unit needed to be swept, mainly the broken glass on the floor.

Rick very professional and friendly. Everything at check-in went smoothly. Storage unit clean. Bit of a hill to unit, unsure if winter snow and ice will make challenge.

Nice folks, can't wait for electronic fence though for more convenient access.!

Love the fact that it is gated and has security cameras. I feel comfortable storing my things here. I also like that you have access to your storage items 24/7.

The customer service was top notch. Had my name on the waiting list and was contacted with in a week and they were very diligent with getting back to me. It was nice and they actually have a personality here, which goes along way. That is for everything!

Over all a very nice experience this past weekend renting at this location. Mackenzie was very helpful in the process of me securing my storage unit. The unit that I selected will hopefully be what I need at this time. If not I’ll upgrade to a larger unit. I moved in during quarantine, and therefor had a bunch of questions as I was moving in. I literally had to call the manager about 5 times on the day I moved in; she was so sweet, helpful, and patient (God bless). This is a great place, with good prices.

The manager is the greatest, very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is easily accessible and very clean. Prices very competitive. Highly recommend this facility.

Available units, small to large, boxes, locks, service and more. This place is in a great location, good staff, and fair prices. There units are pretty good against the weather but Carlisle had a flood the other day and my unit saw some wet floors. Compared to the weather outside, the unit did pretty good. Plus, it was not a "climate controlled" unit anyway.

Love this place better then uhaul.

Brand new to the area, I came in right before closing time with the relative equivalent of a storage emergency for my motorcycle. Mackenzie was pleasant, quick, thorough, and thoughtful. She took great care of me and even took the time to provide some insight about the local area. She's great!

The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and I never worry about security. Definitely recommend.

The owners of the facility strive to satisfy all tenants and staff to assure that their experience at Carlisle Self-Storage is a good one. They are truly good guys.

The customer service is super! I called to see a unit almost st closing time. The woman wa so kind and patient with me. She even gave me her cell phone number and was willing to come back to let me in when I got there. Above and beyond the call! The units are clean, and the prices are very reasonable. Very satisfied with them!

I am currently looking to rent a storage unit in the area soon and I have called or stopped in at most of the facilities around the greater Carlisle area. I have to say that when I choose to rent a storage unit I will most definitely choose this facility due to my contact with the manager, Rick. He was very welcoming and friendly and made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. The property appeared nice and the prices are reasonable. I look forward to renting a storage unit there soon.

Stored some office furniture until we had room for it at our office. I forgot to provide my own lock, but Manager, Rick, was kind enough to provide one for me. Reasonable rate. When we removed the furniture, it was in perfect condition, just as we left it.

I inquired about a rental unit and contacted the manager Rick. He was very helpful in explaining the contract, showed me the unit and answered all my questions. Clean, well maintained property. Would highly recommend.
